From Arabica, Robusta, to the popular Luwak Coffee, Indonesia is one of the world’s leading producers of coffee. It was estimated that Indonesia produced approximately more than 750,000 metric tons of coffee by 2021 alone. Indonesia’s coffee ranges different, each with different taste and aroma:

Luwak Coffee (earthy and musty with hints of caramel and chocolate)
Toraja Coffee (expansive flavor with full-bodied richness and undertones of ripe fruit and dark chocolate)
Gayo Coffee (light earthy notes balanced with smooth aftertaste, mild acidity, and some elegant fruit notes)
Mandailing Coffee (low sour taste, thick, and sweet consistency)
